The exchange works on credits so very simply if you have no credits to allocate to your sites nobody sees them. There are three ways to get credits. Say you surf 50 times then you will have 25 credits in your account which you can then allocate to your sites to be seen by other members. This is totally free and only costs you your time and effort. The second way is to buy credits. Members might do this if they do not have the time to surf. Or you can click on the Green “E” and add credits to each of your sites individually. If this does not help then add your site again, remember as a free member you can add a site up to 5 times.What does it take to be an active member? An active member is a member who has surfed at least 100 pages and has a site in rotation with credits assigned. If you do not surf for 30 days, your account is suspended until to activate it again.How do i get paid for an active referral. When you have at least 5 active referrals-see above what an active member is-put the referrals id numbers in a support ticket, and if verified, the $5 will be put in your account. Please do not put in more than 2 tickets a week. If you try to claim for a referral that you have been previously paid for, your account WILL be deleted, with loss of all credits and cash. Then Convert surf credits into conversion credits. Once you have done this then convert your conversion credits into normal banner or text credits.What are the letters in the surfbar? They are another way for you to earn credits. Between 25 and 55 odd pages, a letter will change color. When you complete the phrase, you earn credits, depending on the phrase, and whether you are a free or Pro member. The phrases are-Dolphins Rule, Dolphin Lovers,Dolphin Splasher, Only Pros Earn Cash.I wish to remove a site or reduce the amount of credits allocated to it, without loosing my credits. Is this possible? Yes, if you delete a site the credits automatically go back to your credit pool in your account. If you wish to reduce credits to one site or url then click on the green E button next to the url. A new box will open, showing the amount of hits allocated. Clear this box and press the Green S for submit button. Once again your credits will be returned to your account pool. You are then free to reallocate the credits to this or other sites.Our anti-cheating system We use the latest methods to detect members that are cheating, and stealing credits from our members. The system runs on it's own, and we get no notification if a member has been banned for cheating . If you do not see the verification page, there is no point in being a member. Fill the field “URL” with the URL of the program. Put [ID] where you would type your ID on program. It will enable the members that signup on this program below you to use their ID instead yours.
